Return Policy
Products must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition

Have all original tags attached

Include original packaging, courier receipt, invoice, and any other accompanying documents
Any product returned without the above requirements may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected successfully by Shivveda Private Limited, the refund will be initiated.
The refund will be processed within 8–9 business days and credited to the original source of payment or the selected refund method, depending on the payment mode used at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled only under the following conditions:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped or dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

However, returns are applicable for all eligible orders/products as per our Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shivveda Pvt. Ltd. ships products to most locations across India.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Shipments are dispatched on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
Delivery Timelines

For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipping.

For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the location and courier availability.
Delays
In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control. Shivveda Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for such delays and requests customers to cooperate while we work towards resolving them.
Order Cancellation by Company
Shivveda Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion in cases where:

Delivery timelines exceed reasonable limits, or

The shipment becomes physically untraceable
In such cases, the full amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to the original payment source.
